it is my pleasure to welcome you in my “small-but-nice“-Restaurant.
After several years of experience in the gastronomy field as cook, waiter and barkeeper I finally realized my dream with Marcodi: a small place where I can free my culinary creativeness and combine ingredients based on fish and seafood into new, original and sophisticated dishes.
This works only in a small and familiar Restaurant with a limited number of seats, where I can cook in the kitchen but at the same time be in contact with guests. In this way is it possible to adapt the menu to their personal wishes and bring them to an unforgettable pleasure-trip of flavours, perfumes and colours.
My best satisfaction is their beaming and happy faces during and at the end of such a Gourmet Journey.
